Last night's April Fool's prank in-game was epic. Had 25ish Sleeper Cartel members roll level one gnomes (named after letters of the Greek alphabet with "-gon" at the end of the male names and "-gol" on the female names), run them to Ironforge, strip naked, get a tabard, and then we proceeded to terrorize the entire server. Our guild name? Letrac Repeels.  :)

I haven't laughed that much for a long time. We got into this kick at one point of finding some random person in the area, setting follow on them, and then depending on gender, calling them Mommy or Daddy, asking where the other was.

Mommy, we love you!
Mommy, where's daddy? Is he drinking again?
I'm hungry.
Are we there yet?
Mommy why do you drink so much?
Daddy, pick me up!

In the end, we climbed up to the Aldor Rise and proceeded to suicide jump not once, but twice, all walking as single-file lemmings off the ledge.

A truly epic night.

Forgot to post this earlier...

Hello
I m very surprised only one person has looked at your home. Do you think we should change this to a short sale opportunity? If so, let me know when I can come over to pick up the paperwork. Tomorrow at 4 I have an appointment, Saturday is not good and Sunday I have an open house from 2 to 4 oc. Please let me know what you think.
Sincerely
RealtorLady

At least I nabbed Lawgirl in yesterday's minor prank.

I was on the road all day yesterday. So why the trip to the emergency room?

/jealous

A buddy from high school sent a joke email, so I decided to do a little "getting back in touch with friends" thing. Wrote him back, got a book in return, and also got a link to be able to contact another friend. His wife had started a business baking cookies and whatnot.

To get a hold of my friend, I gave a call to the number on the site. Talked for awhile about this that and the other thing. I heard her say something to one of the kids, so I inquired if she was baking out of the house, and she remarked that they live above the bakery. They bought a building that was a bakery, renovated it, and moved above it. No commute. Right at home.

I woulda killed for that back in the day.

Yay! Nothing like finding out a project you slaved over for a year (581 hrs) is completely defunct.

Yes, Route Optimizer, the project I slaved over has already been rendered into the developer's graveyard. I just noticed that the database hadn't been updated in a month, and I was just told by the manager of the person who was running it that they were told not to update it any more.

Too bad I have a half dozen or more projects that still use the backend data. She said they'll run it for a short time, but in the meantime, I'll have to create something to crawl through our myriad databases and find who's using it.
